Whole Wheat Pumpkin Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips




I got hooked baking bread when I made my first pumpkin bread last week.  Now I am changing little things here and there to discover the perfect bread.  This was so good I can't keep my hands out of the pumpkin bread jar!

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup sugar


  1. 4 cups whole wheat flour


  1. chocolate chips


  1. 1 15 oz. can of pure pumpkin


  1. 1 banana


  1. T baking powder


  1. t baking soda


  1. 3 organic eggs


  1. nutmeg all spice and cinnamon

Directions
  1. Mush up banana.
  2. Mix pumpkin, sugar, butter,banana and eggs together.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda,cinnamon, all spice and nutmeg.
  5. Add chocolate chips
  6. Add dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients.  A few tablespoons at a time and mix.
  7. Fold into any cake pan.
  8. Top with cinnamon and nutmeg
  9. Place in oven at 350 F for about 40 minutes.  Check occasionally, oven times vary.
